I tried acupuncture this week and though it hasn't cured my insomnia it has helped relax me a ton which has given me a couple of half-decent nights sleep so far, which is more than usual.. I think it depends a lot upon who your doctor is. I went to a lady who has a very high reputation in Sweden, celebrities even go to her, but I've heard there are clinics who have bad reputations as well.. It did not help and was not covered by insurance. The practitioner was a bit absent minded also and left needles in my legs from time to time. No extra charge, though. Have you tried melatonin? That helps some folk. Snoring, (sleep apnea) also causes limited oxygenation of your blood which can cause serious fatigue during the day and is also bad for the heart... It may be a good idea to check with your doctor...just to rule out a more serious condition...God bless...
